How does fulfillment work?
We do not ship merchandise. Fulfillment occurs on-site during the Malibu Triathlon. Please bring your order confirmation and credit card you used to order with you when you go to pick up your order. More details to come.
Do you ship merchandise?
No, anything ordered from the Malibu Triathlon store will not be shipped.
Where do I pick up my items?
You will pick up your items at Zuma Beach during the Malibu Triathlon.
When can I pick up my items?
You may pick up your items during the 2023 Malibu Triathlon.
How does the partner store work?
Partner store items are listed on the Malibu Triathlon store, but the ordering and fulfillment process takes place on the partner's linked site. We are not responsible for partner orders.
Do these prices include tax?
Yes, the prices you see include tax. Because all items are fulfilled on-site, we must charge the City of Malibu's 10% tax rate. The current item price includes this tax, which is why items appear to be priced higher than their ACTIVE counterparts.
Shopify will show a tax rate based on your billing address, but this is just an estimate. The correct tax rate is 10% which is included in the cost of your purchase.
How do event upgrades work?
Event upgrades work in a similar fashion to merchandise. You will receive an order confirmation email and must show that email to execute upon your upgrade.
